Taking over personnel
As Storesupport’s personnel are well-trained for the services that we supply it is not unheard of that our clients are interested in employing our personnel. We view this in a positive light. If you as a client are in agreement with our personnel that the person wants to work for you, we have a programme for taking over personnel. This is also perfect for you as an employer as during the hiring period you can check that the person functions in your own company’s culture.

Recruitment of personnel
A recruitment commission starts by us meeting at the intended candidate’s new work place. Together with you as the commissioner we draw up a thorough and detailed requirement profile. This then forms the basis for our continued work. Naturally it is vitally important that we receive a realistic description of the company, objectives and atmosphere.

The price we decide on at the start of the commission is the same as the one you are invoiced; we apply a fixed price in other words. In order for you to feel secure at the time of employment we guarantee all our commissions. In addition we carry out quality follow-ups during the first year of the employment both with you and the person you have employed.
